internet radio airplay. We produce and host special events where members have contact with
other MISC members and industry pros via informative seminars, hands on training, outreach
and marketing and promotion opportunities in a professional setting conducive to creating
lasting and beneficial relationships. MISC also offers professional members discounts on
everyday goods and services through our member discount program.

Artisown Records (AR) is the direct result of necessity, out-the-box thinking and technological
advancements. AR helps the rise of independent artists and companies that support them.
Artisown Records currently releases compilation albums featuring independent artists from all
over the world for the Music Independence Summit Connection. By mid to end of 2009, AR will
focus on signing and/or recording a small number of artists and looking to promote them on a
national and international level with full production and promotional support.

ICA Television is the Music Independence Summit Connections out-of-home video network. ICA
stands for independent, creative & artistic and represents the indie music and film community
and the professionals behind them. ICA Television is the audio/visual arm of the MISC
Multimedia Entertainment Kiosk in Roosevelt Field Mall a Simon Malls. We broadcast
independent music videos, indie film and MISC branded programming and live events while
combining sponsors messages and products for a highly effective branding opportunity to Simon
mall consumers.
